Kaitlin Obien-Thompson
Founder, Creative Director, Program Director
Kaitlin Obien-Thompson, is a Southern California raised Filipina-American that was planted in NYC for a purpose greater than she imagined. Kaitlin comes from generations of ministry originating in the Philippines.
After moving to NYC to pursue musical theater, she began looking for Christian community — specifically with other young women walking in faith.
Now in her sixth year in the city, the community she dreamt for her younger self is now being realized through Dwell.

Adianna Williams
Co-Unity Event Director
Adianna is a 27-year-old Black and Puerto Rican NYC transplant who swapped her Pittsburgh roots (go Steelers!) for the city skyline she’d always dreamed of. When she’s not working in risk management consulting, you can find her playing volleyball, salsa dancing, painting, playing piano, or cooking up something new. Faith is the foundation of her life, and strengthening her walk with God remains her highest priority. Through Dwell, she’s found a beautiful community that fuels her love for Scripture, fellowship, and joyful living.

Kay-Ann Anderson
Co-Unity Event Director
Kay was born and raised in Jamaica and moved to Brooklyn in 2014 at 14. She’s a licensed psychotherapist with her masters in social work. Kay grew up in the church but felt she had no community of her own. She came to Dwell so she could find a community of Christian women I could grow and relate with.
